Acapella harmony singing, with a bit of a twist.
"And then our final treat – the fabulous Pandora’s Handbag. Four young ladies from Kendal who knocked our socks off with a superb display of unaccompanied singing. Their choice of numbers ranged from a traditional Croatian wedding song to a Sinead O’Connor number, from ‘Moon River’ to a song about making trifle, from Brian Bedford’s ‘Talk to Me’ to traditional folk songs – all sung with such infectious enthusiasm. These ladies are surely going places…..
It was a real privilege to be amongst a sell out audience to witness a cappella singing of the highest quality."
Chris Bonsall - Ingleton Folk Festival Organizer.
"Without doubt the best acapella female singing group in the Northwest, if not England ! "
Paul Metsers - Singer / Songwriter.
"These four women are now handing out morsels of the tastiest harmony singing you are ever likely to experience! "
Roy Wilcock - Performer / Festival and Concert Organizer.
"Think Fascinating Aida with a touch of The Goons and you have Pandora's Handbag. Pitch perfect harmonies and a style that moves easily from mood to mood surrounded at times with a humour that is both zany and understated. Don't miss the chance to hear them."
Bill Adair - Singer / Songwriter
